THE NETWORK

The Young Consultants Network (YCN) connects young consultants from junior to senior levels and provides a professional platform for exchange. As an internal network within kobaltblau Management Consultants, we work autonomously to support our consultants and, simultaneously, to proactively contribute to the growth of kobaltblau. Join us in workshops, team events, and social evenings!

OUR TOPICS

As a team, we are active in diverse ways. Firstly, a strong sense of collaboration is important to us. This is why we continually expand our internal and external networks and attract relevant talents. Secondly, we always stay up-to-date on current topics by sharing professional knowledge and experiences.

The YCN promotes the transfer of knowledge on topics that are relevant both across the board and specifically to us. We actively share knowledge and experiences, such as during our monthly "Just Blue It" call.
